How to care for your olives

Thank you for your purchase and welcome to O’live You, were so excited to have you on board.

Our organic olives are cured the same way our grandfather did from the Island of Rhodes in Greece over 80 years ago. 

We use filtered water, salt and a small portion of white vinegar perfectly balanced to ensure we savour the nutrients, natural flavour, and colour of our olives.

The best way to keep our olives, is to keep them submerged in brine with a splash of oil on top. Your welcomed to keep them in the refrigerator, however they will keep well stored in a cool dark place. Best consumed within 6 months.

Our Olives contain no artificial flavours, no artificial colour enhances, no hardening agents, no artificial preservatives. Share this with friends and family, life is too short to keep secrets.
