NO Need to marinate your meats, seafood or veggies, just apply soon as the food starts to get a bit of caramelisation and pour it over again once you serve it. It will last for up to a 2 weeks refrigerated. It may solidify as it is made with fresh lemon and olive oil, filtered water is added and our SpecialSauce blend.
